3.3 This procurement requires bidders to meet the following registered capital requirements:

Registered capital for circulation-type enterprises: 500 (10,000 yuan) or above

3.4 This procurement requires bidders to meet the following performance requirements:

Provide a scanned copy of a contract and corresponding invoice for at least 100 mt of goods that meet the tender requirements.
