II. Registration Qualification Requirements

1. Applicants must be independent legal entities or other organizations within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

2. Applicants shall have the capability to respond to the tender project.

3. Applicants shall not be listed as dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website.

4. Applicants shall possess the transportation capacity for NEVs or vehicles meeting National VI or higher emission standards.

5. Producers are acceptable for this procurement.

III. Registration Method
