II. Registration Qualification Requirements

1. The applicant must be an independent legal entity or other organization within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

2. The applicant shall have the capability to respond to the tender project.

3. The applicant shall not be listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website.

4. The applicant shall possess the transportation capacity for NEVs or vehicles meeting National VI emission standards or above.

5. Producers are acceptable for this procurement.

III. Registration Method
