The Supply Chain Management Branch is issuing an advance notice of concentrated procurement of iron ore concentrates by Hongxing Stock Co., Ltd. of JISCO Group in July 2025. Qualified suppliers are invited to participate in the registration. Details are as follows:

• Delivery Location:For railway transportation, delivery shall be made at the JISCO railway siding at Lanzhou Railway Bureau's Lvhua Station. For road transportation, delivery shall be made at the material yard of the Storage and Transportation Department of Gansu Jiu Steel Group Hongxing Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. in Jiayuguan City, Gansu Province.

II. Registration Qualification Requirements

1. The registrant must be an independent legal entity or other organization within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

2. The registrant shall have the capability to respond to the tender project.

3. The registrant shall not be listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website.

4. If the registrant uses road transportation, all carrier vehicles must be new energy vehicles (NEVs) or vehicles that meet the China VI vehicle emission standards.

III. Registration Method

• Suppliers must respond to the notice within the aforementioned time frame and log in to the electronic tender and bid system (https://eps.jiugangbid.com/). Unregistered suppliers need to complete the registration first, then click "I Want to Register" for the corresponding procurement notice and fill in the relevant information.

• 17:49 on June 25, 2025
