General Administration of Customs: China's Copper Ore and Concentrate Imports Rose 6.61% YoY in May, Breakdown of Sub-item Data

Data released by the Online Inquiry Platform for Customs Statistics showed that China's imports of copper ore and concentrates in May 2025 were 2,395,244.302 mt, down 17.55% MoM and up 6.61% YoY.

Chile was the largest supplier, with imports of 731,341.732 mt of copper ore and concentrates from Chile in the same month, down 12.07% MoM and up 26.09% YoY.

Peru was the second-largest supplier, with imports of 618,770.59 mt of copper ore and concentrates from Peru in the same month, down 21.36% MoM and down 11.99% YoY.
