Focusing on eVTOL Power Batteries! Gotion High-tech and EHang Reach Collaboration

Recently, Gotion High-tech and EHang have reached a strategic cooperation agreement, with both parties focusing on the power system upgrade of EHang's flagship product, the EH216-series autonomous electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft (eVTOL). Based on the cooperation agreement, Gotion High-tech will tailor a power battery system solution for EHang's EH216-series aircraft. The core of this solution is the adoption of Gotion High-tech's newly developed 46-series high-energy-density, high-power cylindrical battery cells. The performance of the EH216-series aircraft equipped with this new-type battery will be significantly enhanced, achieving longer driving range, stronger power output, and better safety performance.
