On June 17, Hunan Chendian New Energy Development Co., Ltd. issued a notice of bid cancellation for the first batch of PV module procurement in 2025. Due to the fact that there were fewer than three qualified bidders during the bid evaluation, the project was canceled in accordance with relevant legal provisions.

It is worth noting that on May 26 this year, Hunan Chendian New Energy Development Co., Ltd. conducted a tender and bid opening for the first batch of PV module procurement in 2025, which was also canceled due to fewer than three qualified bidders during the bid evaluation.

According to information from the Tianyancha APP, Hunan Chendian New Energy Development Co., Ltd. was established on May 4, 2018, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chenzhou Development and Investment Group Co., Ltd., a state-owned enterprise.
