Recently, Robestec successfully won the bid for the project of replacing power batteries for new energy buses of Zunyi Public Transport (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zunyi Public Transport"). It will replace the power battery systems of 123 pure electric buses with brand-new ones, with a project scale of 32.27 MWh. When the urban power grid faces peak electricity demand, the power batteries of these buses, serving as adjustable resources in the power system, will discharge electricity back to the grid, providing peak shaving and valley filling services for the grid. During off-peak hours, they can be charged at a low cost, acting as "regulators" and "stabilizers" for the grid. This "vehicle-storage linkage" model not only enhances the flexibility and resilience of the power grid but also injects strong momentum into the new-type power system. This collaboration is not only a key measure for Zunyi Public Transport to upgrade its equipment but also a profound practice by Robestec in "making battery assets adjustable and networking transportation energy.
