Established on April 21, 2021, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan, it is a limited liability company. Its predecessor was Jiexiu Dingsheng Trading Co., Ltd. The company closely follows the national strategic goals of carbon neutrality and carbon peaking, seizes policy opportunities for the vigorous development of new energy and new materials, relies on the vast PV polysilicon market, as well as nearly a decade of operational management experience, technical strength, and business market accumulated in the industry, and has completed the construction of an annual processing capacity of 100,000 mt of PV-grade silicon metal (crystalline) powder. Its main product, PV-grade silicon metal (crystalline) powder, [is processed from silicon metal (crystalline) lumps through grinding, sieving, iron removal, and purification to meet the quality purity and particle size requirements for polysilicon production]. After chemical purification by polysilicon plants into polysilicon and monocrystalline silicon, it is then processed into silicon wafers, solar cells, and solar modules by companies such as Jinko, serving as the most basic raw materials for solar panels, integrated circuits, and electronic components. Our products are mainly supplied to large polysilicon plants such as Asia Silicon in Qinghai, Yongxiang (Tongwei) New Energy in Sichuan, Zhuhai Lihao Supply Chain, Ningxia Runyang Silicon Materials, Xinte Energy in Inner Mongolia, and Daqo New Energy in Inner Mongolia. In January 2022, part of the project for processing 100,000 mt of PV-grade silicon metal powder annually was completed and put into production.

In December 2022, the project for processing 100,000 mt of PV-grade silicon metal powder annually was fully completed and put into production. The laboratory was also completed and put into use in the same year.

In 2023, the R&D and detection center, as well as the canteen and dormitory buildings, were completed.

In 2024, the main office building was completed.
