[Guangxi Iron and Steel Group's "Stimulus Policy Package" for Efficient and Low-Consumption Production in Blast Furnaces] Recently, the Ironmaking Plant of Guangxi Iron and Steel Group has successfully controlled the blast humidity fluctuation within ±0.5g/m³ by optimizing the dehumidification blast system, effectively reducing fuel consumption and promoting efficient and low-consumption production in blast furnaces. The dehumidification blast system is a key facility in the ironmaking process, and the blast humidity directly affects the fuel ratio and energy consumption. Previously, due to unstable humidity control, the blast humidity fluctuated significantly, which not only increased energy consumption but also affected the stable operation and production efficiency of the blast furnaces. To address this, the Ironmaking Plant organized the optimization and upgrading of the blast dehumidification system, achieving precise control of the blast humidity through a series of optimization measures. Moving forward, the Ironmaking Plant will continue to tap into the potential of energy conservation and consumption reduction through technological innovation, deepen the implementation of cost-accounting management, promote cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, and make positive contributions to achieving the "double halfway" goal of Guangxi Iron and Steel.
