2. Registration Qualification Requirements

1. The applicant must be an independent legal entity within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

2. The applicant must not be listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website or any credit information sharing platform at any level.

3. The applicant must possess a Construction Enterprise Qualification Certificate (with a qualification category and level of Grade III or above for general contracting of metallurgical engineering construction).

4. This procurement accepts producers.
