[Neta Auto officially enters bankruptcy reorganization proceedings]

On June 13, the National Enterprise Bankruptcy Reorganization Case Information Network revealed updated information on the bankruptcy review case of Hozon New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd., an affiliated company of Neta Auto. A new administrator institution, Zhejiang Zicheng Law Firm, and the main person in charge of the administrator were added. On the evening of June 12, a "Neta Auto Reorganization Statement" circulated online, claiming that the parent company, Hozon New Energy Automobile, had entered the reorganization process. On June 13, a relevant person in charge of Neta Auto responded, stating that the content was not officially released and was merely one of the company's formulated disposal plans, not the final one. The person in charge disclosed that as early as the end of May to the beginning of June, the company had already formulated the next disposal plan, which was originally scheduled to be released before the month-end, but due to intensified conflicts with resigned employees, the plan might be adjusted.
