[SMM News] The production of most secondary lead smelters is only sufficient to fulfill long-term contract deliveries. Some enterprises are temporarily holding back from selling due to loss pressures, with only a few offering quotes and shipping goods. Consequently, the in-plant inventory of finished products at secondary lead smelters continues to increase.
