The meeting required that special work should be implemented in a meticulous manner. The key special project of "Further Improving the Quality and Efficiency of Implementing the Important Instructions and Directives of General Secretary Xi Jinping to the Ministry" should be carried out earnestly. Three centralized rectifications should be solidly promoted, namely, "Systematic Rectification of Insufficient Awareness and Capacity in Law-based Administration," "Comprehensive Rectification of 'Cut-throat Competition' in the NEV Industry," and "Focused Rectification of Fraudulent and Disturbing Activities Using Virtual Phone Numbers," with a focus on addressing prominent issues in the ideological style, capability levels, and working methods of Party members and cadres, and comprehensively driving and advancing the in-depth and practical implementation of the study, inspection, and rectification work within the Ministry's system. Strong efforts should be made to rectify irregular eating and drinking. The principal leaders of all units should personally oversee and directly manage the issue, while leaders at all levels should lead by example and take the initiative in resisting the unhealthy trend of irregular eating and drinking.
