[SMM News] LONGi Breaks World Efficiency Records Twice: Commercial-Size Tandem Cell Reaches 33%, Crystalline Silicon Module Climbs to 26%
The conversion efficiency of the large-area (260.9 cm²) crystalline silicon-perovskite two-terminal tandem solar cell independently developed by LONGi Green Energy Technology reached 33%, setting a new global record for large-area tandem cell efficiency. Meanwhile, the efficiency of the BC cell module exceeded 26%, once again rewriting the efficiency ceiling for crystalline silicon modules.
