On June 12th, Luca Mining announced leadership appointments and a board transition. Ramon Mendoza has been named permanent Chief Operating Officer while continuing as Chief Technical Officer. Mendoza has played a key role in optimizing the company’s Campo Morado and Tahuehueto mines. Peter Damouni has been appointed Chairman of the Board, succeeding David Rhodes, who will remain a director. Damouni brings over 20 years of experience in corporate strategy and natural resources finance. CEO Dan Barnholden highlighted both leaders’ contributions as critical to the company’s next phase of growth.
