[Total investment of 4.7 billion yuan! Two new energy projects related to batteries break ground in Maoming, Guangdong] On June 10, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Madianhe New-type Recycling Resource Circulation Industrial Base and the Madianhe New-type Energy Storage Manufacturing Base for Vanadium Redox Flow Energy Storage Systems & Lead-Carbon Energy Storage Systems was held at the Madianhe New-type Energy Storage Industrial Park in Dianbai District, Maoming City, Guangdong Province. The two projects, which broke ground on this occasion, are invested and constructed by Guangdong Yilu Lingxian Holding Co., Ltd. The projects focus on the recycling and reuse of batteries and the R&D and manufacturing of energy storage systems, aiming to build an industry chain covering the entire life cycle of batteries. They will effectively address resource constraints, promote green transformation, and provide crucial support for the construction of a new energy system. Among them, the zinc-bromine flow energy storage base has a total investment of 3 billion yuan and will be implemented in three phases, with the first phase covering an area of 30 mu. The recycling resource circulation industrial base has a total investment of 1.7 billion yuan and will also be implemented in three phases, with the first phase covering an area of 30 mu. It boasts advantages such as technological barriers, a green closed-loop system, and industrial synergy.
