[520 million! Phase I of Fengshengtai New Materials' Meta-aramid Project Goes into Operation] Recently, the inauguration ceremony for the operation of Phase I of Inner Mongolia Fengshengtai New Materials Co., Ltd.'s 6,000 mt/year meta-aramid project and the unveiling of the Aramid Application Technology Research Institute were held at the company's plant in Baotou, Inner Mongolia. It is understood that Fengshengtai New Materials is a technology-based enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of meta-aramid fibers. The company is located in the Jiuyuan Industrial Park in Baotou City, with a registered capital of 130 million yuan, covering an area of 200 mu, and a total investment of 520 million yuan. After the 6,000 mt of aramid fibers from Phase I of Fengshengtai New Materials' project go into operation, it is expected to achieve an annual sales revenue of 1 billion yuan and profits and taxes of 350 million yuan. Phase II plans to invest in the construction of aramid insulating paper and aramid lithium battery separators.
