[Sepflyte's 100kg-class Silicon Carbon Anode Fluidized Bed Production Unit Launched]
As an industry pioneer, Sepflyte took the lead in launching a 50kg-class silicon carbon anode fluidized bed reaction system as early as July 2024, precisely meeting the phased demands of the industry. During the same period last year, the company invested in the R&D of a 100KG unit, with the first installation at a customer's factory beginning in December. Now, the 100kg-class unit has completed full-process commissioning at the customer's site, achieving an unexpected performance of "full capacity upon commissioning, meeting standards upon full capacity." The key product indicators have reached unprecedented levels, with the first-cycle specific charge capacity exceeding 1850mAh/g, the first-cycle Coulombic efficiency exceeding 92.5%, and the expansion rate within 25%. Moreover, after multiple validations, the unit has demonstrated excellent process repeatability.
Sepflyte's 100kg-class production unit can achieve an annual capacity of over 30 mt per single unit, providing strong support for customers' capacity enhancement efforts and accelerating the large-scale production process across the entire industry.
