The Supply Chain Management Branch is issuing an advance notice of concentrated procurement of pulverized coal for injection and other materials by JISCO Group in July 2025. Qualified suppliers are invited to participate in the registration. Details are as follows:

II. Registration Qualification Requirements

1. Applicants must be independent legal entities within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

2. Applicants must not be listed as dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website or any credit information sharing platforms at various levels.

3. Applicants may register for individual items in the procurement contents and must specify the material codes and names.

4. Applicants should, in principle, be producers. Non-producers must upload the producer's authorization letter with the authorization period, the tax payment certificate for resource tax of mining enterprises, and the contact information of the producer.

III. Registration Method

• Suppliers must respond to the notice within the specified time frame and log in to the electronic tender and bid system (https://eps.jiugangbid.com/). Unregistered suppliers must complete the registration first, then click "Register" for the corresponding procurement notice and fill in the relevant information.

• 9:50 AM, June 15, 2025
