Industry Experts from 55 Nations Gather at Indonesia Critical Minerals Conference & Expo 2025, Celebrating Its Successful Conclusion

On June 5, the Indonesia Critical Minerals Conference & Expo 2025, hosted by SMM Information & Technology Co., Ltd. (SMM), supported by the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a government supporter, and co-organized by the Indonesia Nickel Miners Association (APNI), Jakarta Futures Exchange, and Sxcoal, successfully concluded at the Pullman Jakarta Central Park Hotel in Indonesia.

On June 5, the Indonesia Critical Minerals Conference & Expo 2025, hosted by SMM Information & Technology Co., Ltd. (SMM), supported by the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a government supporter, and co-organized by the Indonesia Nickel Miners Association (APNI), Jakarta Futures Exchange, and Sxcoal, successfully concluded at the Pullman Jakarta Central Park Hotel in Indonesia.

This conference attracted over 2,500 participants, including 135 guest speakers and more than 40 exhibitors. It received strong support from 25 sponsors, with government attendees encompassing the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, National Economic Council, North Maluku Provincial Government, South Sulawesi Provincial Government, and Indonesia Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency. Additionally, representatives from 55 countries participated in this grand event.

The conference featured one main forum and four sub-forums, namely the Ni&Co&EV Forum, Southeast Asia Tin Industry Conference, Southeast Asia Coal Industry Conference, and Southeast Asia Aluminum Industry Conference.

Furthermore, multiple industry seminars were held during the conference, covering themes such as "Decoding the Panorama of Indonesia's Nickel and Cobalt Industry --Strategic Insights from Resource Control to Value Chain Upgrading," "Sun-Powered Mines: How Solar & Storage Can Revolutionize Indonesia's Mining Sector," "Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) Seminar," and "Industrial Training — Battery Innovation For Green Energy Sustainability."
