EVE Energy Plans H Share IPO on Hong Kong Stock Exchange

[EVE Energy's Rush for IPO on Hong Kong Stock Exchange] On June 10, EVE Energy Co., Ltd. issued an indicative announcement regarding the planned issuance of H shares and listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, announcing that EVE Energy Co., Ltd. intends to issue H shares and list on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The company will fully consider the interests of existing shareholders and the conditions of the capital markets at home and abroad, and select an appropriate timing and issuance window to complete this issuance and listing within the validity period of the shareholders' meeting resolution (i.e., within 24 months from the date of approval by the company's shareholders' meeting or such other extended period as agreed).

On May 22, Wanhua Chemical held a performance presentation for the 2025 annual and the first quarter of 2026. The first phase of the Haiyang 100,000 tons/year LFP project commenced production in March of this year, with construction simultaneously starting on the second and third phases, each with a capacity of 200,000 tons/year, in the same location. The first phase of the Laizhou 320,000 tons/year LFP project started construction in March and is also planned to be commissioned by the end of this year. In 2026Q1, Wanhua Chemical's net cash flow from operating activities reached 6.857 billion yuan, a YoY increase of more than tenfold, driven by higher current period profits and improved accounts receivable and inventory turnover efficiency.

Italy's benchmark stock index surpassed its all-time closing high set in 2000, with a strong recent rebound in energy and chip sectors providing a powerful boost to its push to record levels. On Monday, the FTSE MIB index rose as much as 1.2% intraday, touching 50,121.2 points and surpassing the previous all-time record set 26 years ago. Following three consecutive years of gains, Italian stocks have risen 11% so far in 2026. As a chip supplier to Tesla and Apple, STMicroelectronics has surged 156% so far in 2026. The rapid buildout of artificial intelligence infrastructure has significantly stimulated demand for optical components capable of transmitting data more efficiently. Meanwhile, as oil and gas prices surged, energy enterprises Saipem Spa and Eni SpA rose 73% and 41% respectively in 2026.
