[SMM News] Yinchuan, Ningxia: Accelerate the Implementation of Projects Including 5GW PV Modules
On June 5, Yinchuan, Ningxia, issued a notice on the "Implementation Plan for High-Quality Development of Yinchuan High-Tech Zone (2025-2027)."

The plan aims to expedite the establishment of a "green electricity park," explore a new model of "new energy generation + ESS facilities + microgrid," and construct a new energy system and a new power system with collaborative optimization of energy consumption and output. Focusing on the integration of "generation-grid-load-storage" and the multi-energy complementarity of "wind and solar power, thermal power, ESS, and hydrogen," the plan accelerates the implementation of projects including 20 million kVAh ESS batteries, 5GW PV modules, integrated production, storage, transportation, and utilization of green hydrogen, and a 200MW/400MWh peak shaving ESS power station. It strives to achieve an industrial output value of 7 billion yuan in the new energy industry by 2027.
