[Ford Recalls 492,000 Vehicles in the US] On June 4, according to the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), Ford Motor Company is recalling some 2016-2017 Explorer vehicles, totaling 492,145 units. The B-pillar door trim panels on the driver's side and front passenger's side may detach during driving, increasing the risk of collision.
