[SSR Mining Temporarily Suspends Seabee Operations Due to Power Outage Caused by Wildfires]

On June 4, SSR Mining Inc. has announced a temporary suspension of operations at its Seabee gold mine in northern Saskatchewan due to power interruptions caused by nearby wildfires. The fires are currently located approximately 15 kilometers north of the site and do not pose an immediate threat to the mine or infrastructure.

The company has implemented standard safety protocols to ensure the well-being of on-site personnel. SSR Mining will provide further updates as the situation evolves.

The Seabee Operations are wholly owned by SSR Mining and include the Santoy underground mine and the Seabee mill facility. All ore is processed at the Seabee mill, which has been operating since 1991 and produces gold doré bars that are sent to a third-party refinery.

As of December 31, 2024, the Seabee project reported Proven and Probable Mineral Reserves totaling 312,000 ounces of gold at an average grade of 5.36 g/t.
