[Yangzi Petrochemical Successfully Produces Anode Coke for the First Time]
Recently, 1,900 mt of anode coke produced by the No. 2 Coking Unit of Yangzi Petrochemical's Refinery passed the pilot tests conducted by downstream customers, with all indicators meeting the quality standards. This marks the official acquisition of anode coke production capacity by Yangzi Petrochemical.
As the quality of anode coke products is significantly influenced by the properties of crude oil, to ensure product quality during the trial production, the company organized production in strict accordance with the established formula and promptly conducted sampling and analysis of the crude oil. The No. 2 Coking Unit meticulously adjusted the main operating parameters, strengthened the inspection and maintenance of core equipment, and controlled product quality throughout the entire process, ensuring a stable and controllable production process.
Currently, Yangzi Petrochemical is systematically summarizing the anode coke production process and raw material quality control, and is launching a new round of research to further enhance the production and quality of anode coke.
