Hithium Opens First US Energy Storage System Manufacturing Facility in Mesquite, Texas

On May 28, 2025, Hithium announced on its official account that its first energy storage system manufacturing facility in the US officially opened in Mesquite, Texas, which will accelerate the implementation of Hithium's global manufacturing capabilities. It is reported that the 484,441-square-foot factory, with an investment of nearly $200 million, is expected to commence full-scale production in July 2025. It will have an annual production capacity of 10 GWh of battery modules and systems, creating approximately 200 high-quality jobs, providing diverse employment opportunities and value to the community, and opening up new dimensions for global clean energy cooperation.
