[Zhejiang: Including main doors, roof tiles, masonry materials, protective railings, etc. in the subsidy scope for renovation and decoration of rural houses] The Zhejiang Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development recently issued the Notice on Effectively Utilizing the Subsidy Policy for Renovation and Partial Transformation of Old Houses, Kitchens, and Bathrooms to Accelerate the Renovation of Rural Houses. The Notice clarifies and refines the scope of subsidies. Based on the characteristics of rural houses and the Implementation Rules for Subsidies on the Purchase of Materials for Renovation and Partial Transformation of Old Houses, Kitchens, and Bathrooms in Zhejiang Province in 2025, it includes main doors, roof tiles, masonry materials, protective railings, etc. in the subsidy scope for renovation and decoration of rural houses. The same rural house cannot simultaneously enjoy two types of subsidy policies: one for renovation and decoration of old houses and the other for home adaptation for the elderly. For items and materials with the words "already received national subsidies" or relevant information indicating that national subsidies have been received noted on their invoices, these items and materials will no longer be eligible for subsidies for renovation and decoration of old houses.
