[CORUN and CALB Increase Capital in ESS Industry Fund to RMB 1.402 Billion] Recently, CORUN announced that it would jointly increase capital in the ESS industry fund with CALB, with each contributing an additional RMB 500 million, bringing their respective subscribed amounts to RMB 700 million. The total subscribed capital of the fund increased from RMB 402 million to RMB 1.402 billion. Established in January 2024, the ESS industry fund has a target total size of RMB 2 billion, focusing on project investments in the new energy and ESS sectors. As of May 22, 2025, the fund had invested RMB 163 million, constructed multiple ESS power station projects, and obtained approvals and registrations.
