Vào tháng 5/2025, Công ty TNHH Xuất nhập khẩu Công nghiệp Ô tô Đông Phong Trung Quốc, một công ty con của Tập đoàn Ô tô Đông Phong, đã giao 30 chiếc đầu tiên trong đơn hàng đầu tiên gồm 89 xe tải tự đổ 50 tấn cho Dự án Khoáng sản Bauxite Boffa của Chalco tại Guinea, hoàn thành giao hàng sớm hơn 20 ngày so với kế hoạch. Dự án này là một sáng kiến quan trọng để Trung Quốc và Guinea cùng khai thác tài nguyên bauxite, với các xe tải được sử dụng để khai thác và vận chuyển bauxite. Ô tô Đông Phong cũng có kế hoạch thành lập các trạm dịch vụ chuyên dụng gần khu vực dự án, cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật và dịch vụ bảo trì 24/7 để đảm bảo hoạt động hiệu quả của các thiết bị.
