China Commodities City's Subsidiary Acquires Land in Hangzhou for 569m Yuan to Develop Yiwu Market Enclave

[China Commodities City: Wholly-owned subsidiary acquires land use rights in Hangzhou for 569 million yuan to build the Yiwu Market Hangzhou Enclave Project] China Commodities City (600415.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hangzhou Shangbo Nanxing Real Estate Co., Ltd., has successfully bid for the state-owned construction land use rights of Plot JG1203-28 in the Jingfang Sanbao Unit, Hangzhou, for 569 million yuan, to be used for the construction of the Yiwu Market Hangzhou Enclave Project. The total investment in the project is expected to be 1.099 billion yuan, with funding sources including the company's own funds and partial bank loans. The project construction period is 2-3 years, aiming to promote the strategic ecological upgrading of the company through the deep integration of technological innovation and industrial practice.
