Symposium on Direct Access to Energy Enterprises Highlights Qinghai's Green Electricity Export-Oriented Industrial Development Plan

[National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) of Qinghai Province and Provincial Energy Administration Hold "Direct Access to Energy Enterprises" Symposium] The symposium introduced the drafting background of the "Implementation Plan for Qinghai Province to Leverage Green Electricity Advantages to Promote Export-Oriented Industrial Development (Draft for Comment)", emphasizing policy measures in 12 aspects, including optimizing the green electricity supply model, enhancing energy storage and peak shaving capabilities, improving the certification level of green electricity consumption, refining the green electricity market mechanism, conducting carbon emission accounting, promoting industrial export transformation, attracting green energy-intensive industries, building zero-carbon industrial parks, cultivating foreign trade service institutions, enhancing foreign trade service levels, facilitating smooth foreign trade channels, and strengthening policy publicity and guidance. The "Implementation Plan for Qinghai Province to Leverage Green Electricity Advantages to Promote Export-Oriented Industrial Development" should be promptly refined and issued. The third settlement trial run of the electricity spot market should be carried out in due course, and support policies for user-side ESS under the spot market model should be actively explored. Electricity market information should be disclosed comprehensively from multiple perspectives in accordance with regulations, continuously assisting enterprises in achieving lightweight operations and high-quality development.
