Brass Billet Market Faces "Strong Costs and Weak Demand" Amid High Copper Prices and Slow Transactions

Published: May 28, 2025 09:57
The brass billet market has recently shown a pattern of "strong costs and weak demand." Supported by high copper prices, brass billet enterprises have maintained strong quotes. However, downstream enterprises generally have low acceptance of high prices. Coupled with insufficient orders during the traditional off-season and cautious purchase willingness, market transactions have been sluggish. Some enterprises have reported that currently, end-users are mainly replenishing small orders based on immediate needs, inventory turnover has slowed down, and the off-season effect in the industry is significant.
