Samsung's HBM3E has largely passed NVIDIA's single-chip certification, while final product certification may be delayed until H2.
Currently, Samsung's 12-layer HBM3E product has largely passed NVIDIA's DRAM single-chip certification and is undergoing the final product certification process. Samsung originally expected to complete the certification from June to July, but due to delays, the actual results may not be available until H2 2025. (Deal Site)
