TSMC to Set Up Dedicated WMCM Packaging Line for A20 Chip Aimed at iPhone 18 in 2026
The A20 chip, which may be adopted by Apple's iPhone 18 in 2026, will begin to incorporate WMCM packaging. TSMC will establish a dedicated production line at its Chiayi AP7 plant, with nearly all equipment to be newly procured. (Digitimes)
