Ruiyi Resources Recycling

Founded in 2017 during China's critical energy-saving and emission-reduction agenda, Hunan Ruiyi Resources Recycling Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise jointly established by Professor Liu Wei and researchers from Central South University's School of Metallurgy. Their vision was to lead technological innovation and equipment upgrades in traditional industries for low-carbon production. In 2018, their first secondary lead clean recovery production line, utilizing Ruiyi's patented oxygen-enriched side-blown bath smelting + low-temperature smelting technology, was successfully commissioned in Anhui's Shoutai Industrial Park. To date, Ruiyi has designed and built over 22 low-carbon clean lead smelters, cumulatively recovering nearly 4 million mt of secondary lead—accounting for 70% of China's new capacity in the secondary lead sector. Compared to traditional lead smelters, these facilities reduce pollutant emissions by nearly 80%, energy consumption by 30-40%, and production costs by approximately one-third, while significantly improving lead recovery rates. Fully automated and intelligent, they effectively eliminate environmental impacts and health risks during valuable metal recovery.

ERIGHT METALS COMPANY LIMITED was registered in Bangkok, Thailand on January 24, 2018, specializing in sorting, processing, and recycling scrap metals. Its factory occupies 40 rai (65,000 m²) within the tax-free zone of Gateway City Industrial Estate in Chachoengsao Province. Gateway City Industrial Estate is a well-known industrial park in Thailand, operated by the Thai Ministry of Industry. The Ministry has established a permanent IEAT office within the park. All enterprises in the park are IEAT enterprises and enjoy the same preferential policies as those offered by the BOI (Board of Investment of Thailand). The park hosts a large number of Fortune Global 500 companies, including TOYOTA, ISUZU, HITACHI, and Unilever, among others. Gateway City Industrial Estate enjoys convenient transportation, being 82 kilometers away from Bangkok's new airport and 96 kilometers from Laem Chabang, Thailand's largest deep-water port.

The factory of Yixin Aluminum (YS) Co., Ltd. (YISUN INTERNATIONAL (M) SDN BHD) is located in the heavy industrial zone of Port Klang, Selangor, Malaysia. The factory covers an area of 6 acres and is equipped with 3 sets of high-low furnace assembly lines and 6 furnaces. The production department operates 24-hour smelting, with a monthly production output ranging from 8,000 to 9,000 mt, mainly producing national standard ADC12 aluminum alloy ingots. The factory has obtained international standard certifications ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. It integrates trade operations, reducing legal risks in ordering, independently controlling product quality, ensuring the stability of multiple batches of products, and providing excellent after-sales service.

The aluminum ingots professionally produced by Yixin International currently mainly include specifications such as ADC12 and ADC12-F. The products are mainly supplied to China and are suitable for industrial applications such as automobile engines and gearboxes. In addition to producing existing specifications, the company also offers customized production services, which means it can produce in bulk according to the specifications requested by customers.
