II. Registration Qualification Requirements

1. The applicant must be an independent legal entity or other organization within the territory of the People's Republic of China, and possess the qualification for recycling and sales of renewable resources. If the applicant is from overseas, Hong Kong, Macao, or Taiwan, it is necessary to provide a registration certificate from the place of incorporation. (Upload the company's business license.)

2. The applicant must not be listed on the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website. (Upload a PDF version of the credit report downloaded from the Credit China website in the near future.)

3. The applicant shall possess the transportation capacity for NEVs or vehicles meeting National VI emission standards or above. (Upload a commitment letter for transportation vehicles meeting National VI emission standards or above, stamped with the official seal.)

III. Registration Method

• Suppliers must respond to the notice within the aforementioned time frame, log in to the electronic tender and bid system (https://eps.jiugangbid.com/). Unregistered suppliers must first complete the registration process, then click "I Want to Register" corresponding to the procurement notice and fill in the relevant information.
