[Jiawei New Energy's 20MW/40MWh ESS Project in Yuechi, Guang'an, Sichuan Commences] On May 23, 2025, Jiawei New Energy announced on its official account that the Yuechi ESS project in Sichuan, undertaken by its subsidiary Jiawei Green Energy, had officially commenced. The project involves expanding ESS facilities with a total capacity of 20MW/40MWh at two substations, located in Chengdong and Chengnan districts of Yuechi County, Guang'an City, Sichuan Province, aiming to enhance the peak shaving capacity of the regional power grid through intelligent equipment. The successful implementation of this project marks a new milestone in Jiawei New Energy's business layout in the renewable energy storage sector. Upon completion, the project will effectively improve the operational stability of the local power grid and provide strong support for the consumption of clean energy in the Sichuan and Chongqing region.
