DKEM: Plans to Acquire 60% Stake in Zhejiang Solamet for RMB 696 Million to Enhance Competitiveness of Silver Paste Business Across Multiple Dimensions — DKEM announced in an evening announcement on May 23 that it plans to acquire a 60% stake in Zhejiang Solamet Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhejiang Solamet") for RMB 696 million. Upon completion of the transaction, Zhejiang Solamet will become a holding subsidiary of DKEM, thereby gaining control over the Solamet® PV silver paste business previously under the DuPont Group.
