Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Zeekr, the electric vehicle brand under Geely Holding, recently announced a strategic partnership with Shell to enhance its charging infrastructure deployment.
The first phase of the collaboration sees Zeekr integrate 666 Shell charging stations, comprising more than 12,000 high-quality charging terminals.
Zeekr users can now access Shell charging stations through the Zeekr App or Zeekr Power mini program. As part of the rollout, promotional charging rates are available, offering service fee discounts ranging from 20% to 60%.
According to the company, Zeekr Power has connected over 1.29 million third-party high-quality charging terminals, achieving full coverage across all prefecture-level cities on the Chinese Mainland. This includes 5,025 stations for highway service areas and 7,448 ultra-fast charging sites with peak power outputs of at least 360kW.
In addition to its collaboration with Shell, Zeekr has formed partnerships with other players to strengthen its charging network. In February this year, the company announced an agreement with CAMS, enabling two-way network integration. That partnership now includes over 1.1 million terminals, with nationwide coverage in major cities and 83% coverage of highway service areas.
Zeekr has also partnered with other automakers to expand charging accessibility. In May 2025, GAC Energy and Zeekr Power agreed to enable mutual access to each other's charging information through their respective apps and mini programs.
The company is also accelerating its international energy network expansion. On January 7, 2025, Zeekr Intelligent Technology's CMO Guan Haitao announced plans to deploy 800V ultra-fast charging infrastructure overseas. Zeekr aims to complete regulatory certifications throughout the year and will work with local partners to install 1,000 self-operated charging piles. The initial rollout will cover markets including Thailand, Singapore, Mexico, the UAE, Hong Kong of China, Australia, Brazil, and Malaysia.
