[Lopal: Subsidiary Focuses on R&D and Production of Solid-State Battery Precursors] On May 20, Lopal stated on the investor interaction platform that, in response to ternary and solid-state batteries, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sanjin Lithium Battery, focuses on the R&D and production of solid-state battery precursors. Currently, high-nickel precursors and lithium-rich manganese-based precursors for solid-state batteries are undergoing customer validation. Sanjin Lithium Battery has also introduced a D-series high-nickel ternary cathode precursor material tailored for solid-state batteries. Through optimization measures such as element doping and structural adjustment, the material is made more stable, safer, and longer-lasting, effectively addressing issues such as cathode material cracking and high-temperature decomposition in solid-state batteries.
