







According to data from the General Administration of Customs (GAC), China exported 13,217.28 mt of copper enamelled wire in April 2025, up 38.28% YoY and 5.67% MoM. From January to April, China's total exports of copper enamelled wire reached 45,256.14 mt, with a cumulative year-on-year increase of 27%. (HS code: 85441100)
From the customs data, China's copper enamelled wire exports hit a new high in April. Specifically, in April 2025, China's copper enamelled wire exports covered 146 countries and regions. Among them, exports to Vietnam reached 1,984 mt, up 22.64% YoY; exports to Japan were 1,573 mt, with a YoY increase of 31.76%; and exports to Thailand were 1,363 mt, surging 70.84% YoY. These three countries ranked among the top three in terms of export volume. In addition, countries such as Mexico, India, and Germany also saw significant YoY growth, with Mexico's exports up 126.03% YoY, India's up 168.53% YoY, and Germany's up 84.55% YoY. Overall, China's total copper enamelled wire exports amounted to 13,217 mt in April 2025, up 38.28% YoY, continuing the positive export trend.
