Since 2025, Chongqing Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. of Pangang Group (hereinafter referred to as "Chongqing Titanium") has adhered to the principles of "balance, stability, economy, and efficiency" in organizing production, optimized the production management and control model centered around the rotary kiln, strengthened process coordination, and promoted balanced and stable production throughout the entire process. In April, three indicators, including the qualification rate of titanium dioxide pigment performance, all reached their target values.

Production and quality have advanced in tandem. From January to April, the quality of titanium dioxide produced by Chongqing Titanium has steadily improved, with all three quality indicators meeting the standards. Notably, the qualification rate of titanium dioxide pigment performance reached 100%, the qualification rate of water-based fineness for R-298 titanium dioxide increased by 0.15% compared to 2024, and the qualification rate of application performance for plastic-specific titanium dioxide increased by 7.89% compared to 2024.

Adhering to the quality baseline and enhancing the titanium dioxide brand. Chongqing Titanium has focused on stabilizing and improving quality, firmly establishing the baseline for product quality. The company has formulated the "Work Plan for Enhancing Product Competitiveness," clarifying the goals and measures for improving product quality, and continuously deepening the construction of the quality management system and the cultivation of a quality culture. By strengthening quality supervision throughout the entire production process and strictly controlling quality checkpoints such as raw material intake, key processes, and ex-factory products, the company ensures stable and reliable product quality.

Optimizing production management and control to unleash capacity efficiency. Chongqing Titanium aims to ensure balanced and stable production operations, fully activating the potential of production lines to achieve effective capacity release. The company has improved the all-staff equipment management model, which combines autonomous post management with professional spot checks and maintenance, refined the operation records and maintenance mechanisms for key equipment, and enhanced the equipment's ability to support production. It has strengthened the coordinated management and control of the public auxiliary systems, scientifically scheduling the operation of public auxiliary systems such as acid production, water production, boilers, and steam turbines to provide solid support for mainline production. It has also strengthened production process management and control, monitoring key operational indicators in real-time, accurately analyzing production data, and improving the precision and operational efficiency of production management and control.

With the continuous improvement of product quality and the full release of capacity, Chongqing Titanium's brand influence has continued to grow. In the future, Chongqing Titanium will take quality as its foundation and innovation as its driving force, continuously optimizing the production management and control system, deepening brand building, and providing the market with higher-quality titanium dioxide products and solutions.
