• Delivery Location:For railway transportation, delivery shall be made at the JISCO dedicated railway line at Lanzhou Railway Bureau's Lvhua Station. For highway transportation, delivery shall be made at the material yard of the Storage and Transportation Department of Gansu Jiugang Group Hongxing Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. in Jiayuguan City, Gansu Province.

II. Registration Qualification Requirements

1. The applicant must be an independent legal entity or other organization within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

2. The applicant shall have the capability to respond to the tender project.

3. The applicant shall not be listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website.

4. If the applicant uses road transportation, all carrier vehicles must be new energy vehicles (NEVs) or vehicles that meet the China VI vehicle emission standards.

III. Registration Method

• Suppliers must respond to the notice within the aforementioned timeframe and log in to the electronic tender and bid system (https://eps.jiugangbid.com/). Unregistered suppliers must first complete the registration process. After registration, click "I Want to Register" for the corresponding procurement notice and fill in the relevant information.

• 16:35 on May 24, 2025
