Recently, Lopal issued an announcement stating that its holding subsidiary and holding grand subsidiary had reached agreements with Cornex New Energy's wholly-owned subsidiaries, including Cornex New Energy Co., Ltd., Xiaogan Cornex New Energy Co., Ltd., and Yichang Cornex New Energy Co., Ltd. It is expected that a total of 150,000 mt of LFP cathode materials will be sold to the three subsidiaries under CORNEX New Energy from 2025 to 2029. Excluding the sales model where customers supply lithium carbonate, the estimated total sales amount is expected to exceed RMB 5 billion.
