Vanrun New Energy announced in a public notice that it had recently signed a "Business Cooperation Agreement" with CATL. According to the agreed supply volume in the agreement, the company will provide CATL with LFP products that meet the requirements. The agreement has a duration of five years (from May 1, 2025, to May 1, 2030), with an estimated total supply volume of approximately 1.3231 million mt. In addition, when Vanrun New Energy's products possess comprehensive advantages, CATL commits that the monthly procurement volume from 2025 to 2030 will be no less than 80% of the volume committed by the company. Both parties will sign a supplementary agreement before October 1 of the preceding year to stipulate the monthly delivery plan for each year. Meanwhile, both parties will establish a long-term cooperation mechanism to jointly promote the iteration and mass production introduction of high-compaction-density LFP products and jointly explore the new energy market.
