On May 15, the first batch of Grade A copper was successfully produced in the primary electrodeposition copper removal tank at the Electrolysis Plant of Yunnan Zhongse Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. This achievement marked the full integration of the electrodeposition copper removal process at the plant, injecting strong momentum into the high-quality construction of the project. Since the start of the trial operation with power supply and load on January 15, the Electrolysis Plant of Yunnan Zhongse Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. has consistently adhered to the core philosophy of "technology first, lean operation," and unwaveringly promoted the continuous optimization of the electrolysis process. As the number of electrolytic cells in operation increased daily, the concentration of copper ions in the electrolyte also continued to rise. How to produce high-quality electrolytic copper, and even achieve stable production of Grade A copper, during the electrodeposition copper removal process has become a key challenge in electrolysis production.
