3. The bidder should have the capability to respond to the tender project. (Upload a letter of commitment; please use the template attached to the announcement.)

4. The bidder must be a producer. (Valid ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification, China Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification, Environmental Management System Certification, and National Industrial Product Production License must be uploaded during bidding.)

5. The bidder must have a track record of successfully supplying cables to Hongxing Shareholding Co., Ltd., Hongsheng Electric & Thermal Co., Ltd., Dongxing Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd., Dongxing Jiayu Co., Ltd., or Hongdian Ferroalloy Co., Ltd. twice within the past two years. (Upload two contracts for cable supply to Hongxing Shareholding Co., Ltd., Hongsheng Electric & Thermal Co., Ltd., Dongxing Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd., Dongxing Jiayu Co., Ltd., or Hongdian Ferroalloy Co., Ltd. within the past two years.)
