On May 8, a production line in south-west China with an annual output of 350 mt of highly dispersed ultra-fine silver powder was officially put into operation. The implementation of this project marked the official launch of the pan-semiconductor packaging and interconnection materials industry in China, and filled the gap in China's large-scale production of high-end silver powder. This project will inject strong impetus into China's strategic industries such as new energy and semiconductors.
