[Inauguration of Neijiang Epnuo's Silicon Carbon Anode New Material Project] On May 13, the Neijiang Epnuo Silicon Carbon Anode New Material Project was officially inaugurated in the Neijiang Economic and Technological Development Zone. The first phase of the project's production line has an annual output capacity of 120,000 mt of silicon carbon anode materials, with an estimated annual output value of approximately 14.5 billion yuan after reaching full production. Silicon carbon anode materials offer advantages such as high specific energy, low cost, long life, and environmental protection, and are widely used in EVs, high-end digital products, and the low-altitude economy sector. Qin Jingxuan, Chairman of Epnuo (Shenzhen) New Energy Technology Group Co., Ltd., stated that the group has collaborated with the National Center for Nanoscience and Technology to develop multiple silicon carbon anode material products. The project's establishment in Neijiang aims to expand into the southwestern region and penetrate the Chengdu-Chongqing market. The Neijiang Economic and Technological Development Zone provides "ready-to-use" services for the project through a construction agency model. In the future, the Neijiang Economic and Technological Development Zone will extend the industry chain around this project to strengthen industrial support.
